Loghouses - Construction technology.

Building of a wooden house using manually pre-cut timber blocks is split up into 3 stages:

Stage 1. Making of the timber block
Stage 2. Beginning 4 to 8 months after Stage 2 (the time span needed for setting of the structure), this stage primarily focuses on roof geometry before finishing works begin; and, when appropriate, roof timbers are corrected. Once all effects of the log structure shrinkage are eliminated, fit-out can start
Stage 3. The stage begins through 4 - 8 months after the termination ending 2 stages. The break is necessary for drying a logs of srub. Before painting and decorating the geometry of a roof is checked and, necessarily, recovers rafter system. After elimination of consequences drying a srub it is possible to break to painting and decorating.
